Connolly Electric is the best. They installed our HVAC and whole-house air purifying system, and have serviced ever since. I signed up for the annual maintenance agreement. Robert S.provided us with exceptional service and is a great representative of Connolly Electric & Mechanical. After our new furnace was installed, he came back to give us a full inspection of the work and explanations of how the system works. He also filed our warranty for us. We loved that the company informs us of technicians timing and does not bill until the final inspection is performed and all our questions are satisfactorily answered. Great company to do business with.

Thank you for your patience and persistence. I work from home, yet still have obligations in the Phnx Metro area, so I cannot always respond quickly.
The service by Connolly Electric and Mechanical and involving Michael Baker was pleasant; thorough and beneficial; respectful, and instructional. I appreciate all of the attributes, but am particularly appreciative of non-condescending explanation of the condition and why it happened. Robert Staggs (from Connelly Electrical and Mechanical) was a breath of fresh air. Was friendly, extremely knowledgeable, professional,

Jestin provided all around great service. He called each time before coming over letting me know his eta. He also explained what needed to be done and when he came back to fix my heater with the part that had to be ordered he was quick to install it. Thanks Connolly for a great experience.

I highly recommend Connolly Electric & Mechanical for installation of an air conditioner and service. When choosing a contractor, I look for 3 things: (1) reasonable prices - Connolly’s price was competitive, (2) a good reputation - the company has very high ratings from customers and was recommend by the roofing company that replaced my roof, and (3) the ability for a company to resolve problems. There were some issues that occurred during the air conditioner’s installation. Connolly recognized the problems and took steps to resolve the issues in a courteous manner - until the unit worked perfectly. I appreciate Connolly and their commitment to quality customer service.
