My wife and I went to Consumer Cellular in Surprise, AZ on 4/29. There were many people there, but the wait was not long. A manager trainee named Geton got us going with preliminary steps, and even made me coffee! She and a rep named Carlos were extra helpful in helping us to choose new phones, and in setting them up. They were very patient, and spent whatever time was needed to get us going.
The store manager, Johnathan, also assisted us, and was pleasant and patient. We would recommend this store to anyone!

I finally talked my 93 year old mother into switching to Consumer Cellular from Verizon. Went in and were seen immediately. Store was clean and welcoming. Sales staff were polite and knowledgeable. We found the perfect phone and plan with 5 gigs of data for less than half of what she was paying Verizon for 1 gig. The entire process was quick and easy. Highly recommended!

Switched from version to CC. The pricing is great only one problem. If you are part of a group text which I am for our golf. CC will NOT allow for a group text of more than 10 numbers. This is the same for other low cost providers. The service and connections are fine but if you need to utilize a large group text you need to look elsewhere.

Every time I've ever been there I've had excellent service and they always teach me something new. Especially well taken care of by Zach. Very respectful of me at my age. Awesome guy if you can get him. He knows his stuff!

My brother and I went to get new phones and had a great experience with Jeff. We went to Walmart and the salesman was super pushy and we had to tell him no to the same question about 6 times. Consumer Cellular was awesome with Jeff. We were only in there maybe 20 minutes max. Jeff informed me that in 6 months I'd be eligible for the easy pay and I'd be able to get whatever phone I want on payments. The guy at Walmart was trying to sell me the most expensive phones that I don't need. I told Jeff I just needed a cheap phone for work and he didn't push crazy expensive phones on me. The customer service is excellent at Consumer Cellular and I'd highly recommend them if you want somewhere that doesn't have super pushy salesman. Thanks Jeff and Consumer Cellular!

My parents are elderly and have been treated so kindly at the Surprise Consumer Cellular. They said the 3 young men helping them were so patient and friendly. They have been in several times for help and most recently to purchase a new phone. Each time they were treated with dignity and kindness. Thank you so much for taking such good care of my parents. I'm just about ready to switch from my carrier to Consumer Cellular.
