This place is fantastic! If you are looking for someplace that offers actual money for surveys, you've found it. They usually take about an hour or so and pay very well. The staff is also very professional and friendly. A great place to make some extra cash.

Fun place to do market research, they are pretty well organized and keep things pretty sanitary. Everyone is wearing masks, they take your temp, and have sanitizer availible for use. I really enjoy providing feed back for products here and they ussually pay with a check which is nicer than a visa gift card like other places!

Terrible! After being qualified multiple times and spending so much time on the phone with them, giving them answers to all their questions and getting chosen to participate and even getting a time slot they come back and say sorry but we don't need you now. Try again next time. So unprofessional in my opinion and how they operate is awful! This has happened multiple times. When asked if I want to be removed from the database I said no but she said I'm going to remove you anyway. The manager was so rude and obviously doesn't care about people's opinions. Terrible! Terrible!! Terrible!!!! Q&M research is sooooo much better!!

This is a facility that does consumer product testing. You sign up and they let you know when there is an upcoming study. You have to answer some questions online to see if you meet the perameters of the company that is having their product tested for consumer reaction. Most of the time these are new products or variations of a current product. Most of the ones I have done involve food. You have to taste different samples and rate each one based on the questions asked on the laptop in front of you. They want honest opinions because companies do not want to invest millions of dollars into a product that consumers do not like. You usually spend up to an hour there and get rewarded with a cash check for around $40. Sometimes they have you pick up products and try them at home for a few weeks. Fairly easy to do and gives you a voice in future products that you may be able to purchase in the future. I highly recommend.

I have been answering there dam surveys for 2 years never got accepted take me off your list!!!!! Did dupage county for 10 years very profitable cook county sucks. Must not have good marketing your lose!!!

You know what? I like these product test, but a person should not be denied after stating their ethnicity. Its make you guys seem prejudice! And if thats not the case, let me know the quota is filled before I continue. Just trying to help.
