Greg, the owner, came to the rescue today. He was right on time, friendly, helpful, and professional. Our heater stopped working and our house was so cold! He discovered it was only a problem with our thermostat. Our house is warm again. Thank you Greg and Controlled Comfort. We would recommend you to friends and family.

Called on a weekend and Greg answered immediately and was able to come the next morning. He is professional, efficient and friendly. He was able to diagnose the issue right away and got our AC up and running again. I really appreciate his level of service and on a weekend! We're in the middle of a heatwave this week and our A/C stopped blowing cold air. I called Greg after hours on a Sunday and he made it over in less than an hour. Thankfully it was a simple repair with a fuse going out, but I'm so grateful to have Greg come out so quickly to run the diagnostic and fix the issue. Greg is quick, honest, and reasonably priced. I will for sure be calling Controlled Comfort in the future for any HVAC repair needs.

Greg was great to work with. He came out quickly to evaluate our furnace and had great knowledge of the system. He presented us with all the options and we decided to replace the furnace.

Conrad and Vicente performed the replacement and they were so great. They covered the floors and took great care of the house. They had great communication throughout the day on how the installation was going.

Greg has an easy system for payments and financing and we were able to do everything digitally.

Controlled comfort did amazing work on my Daikin mini split! The refrigerant was low due to a leak. They sealed the leak, recharged the refrigerant, repaired flair connections and replaced shraider valve. They deep cleaned the unit. The cherry on top was running the PVC drain line to a potter; the plants are loving it this summer!

A++ service

Greg was super understanding, tried to help me fix the system over the phone (free of charge!) and ended up coming over on the coldest day of the year after hours to help me out.

Other guys quoted me $1500 for obviously too much work and a valve I didn't need. Greg cleaned the soot off my burner and charged me a literal tenth of the other guy's price.

Honest, responsive, courteous. Can't say enough good things about this business.
