Self explanatory. Not reliable. Not dependable. And conveniently take photos from the end of the pool that doesn’t show green algae accumulation or dozens of dead crabs. Look elsewhere.

I’ve had at least 5 different pool companies service my swimming pool over the last 22 years, and I’m happy to say I’ve found the last one I’ll ever need! Norman and his company “Cool Pools” is the no-nonsense professional we have needed… Norman set our price when he started over a year ago, the lowest we’ve ever been quoted, and has never even hinted at raising it (Our last guy kept finding cute little ways to up-charge us: “Oh I had to use more chlorine this month”, etc). We had to repair a motor and replace a heater, at two separate points in the last year. Norm wasted no time diagnosing the issues, and was quick to say what he could repair and what he couldn’t. Even the heater installation guy was an efficient professional and spoke of Norman and Cool Pools with respect.
Norman is young but don’t let his appearance fool you. He’s knowledgeable, professional, thorough, quick acting and thinking, and always has my pool’s short term and long term interests taken care of. I've been using Cool Pools of the Florida Keys for some time now. They are reliable, communicative, reasonably priced and have kept my pool and 2 hot tubs looking great. Norman also provides great guidance and fine tunes the equipment. After the disaster guy I had prior where I came to my place after not being there for several weeks and found it not only green but furniture in the pool forming green scum, they have been a complete 180 from what I had and do a great job. I highly recommend them.
