There was man with an unkempt beard driving the company vehicle with a woman in the passenger seat on Saturday, July 20. I attempted to merge onto the 91 freeway and he sped up as to not let me merge. The car in front of him was going normal speed, forcing the Coolsys driver to slow down. I was then able to merge by passing up the vehicle that had slowed him down. The Coolsys driver then passed up the vehicle in front of him and started to tailgate me. He was literally within a couple feet of my bumper. He then proceeded to drive into the shoulder lane so that he could cut in front of me. He continued on at a very high speed, weaving dangerously between cars. My 2 month old was in the car. He could have easy rammed us off the road and severely hurt or even killed us. I will take this incident up with the CHP and law enforcement. I have a dash cam of the front and rear view of the road that shows everything.
