Great place to live! Pet friendly and easy access.
Lots of green spaces and a huge park in the back of the property to enjoy.
Kudos to Don in the property office, she’s amazing, always willing to help the residents, she’s on top of our requests, concerns and complaints; always trying to improve the community and make sure we are doing well.

The people who work in complex cottonwood at light point don’t take pride in where they work or live. Focus on trash dumpster broken and never maintained with constant trash and that workers there say oh they coming to pick it up lol a month later 😂 wonder why they let anyone move in. This place is trash the people in office at nonchalant like this is not a big deal or that it’s actually normal good thing temporary yet sad to know that it’s been like this for months and nothing is done about it and it’s at the entrance of the building

Nice apartments, pool and gym!!
Unfortunately non education people exist in everywhere!!

If you pay garage, have your plate register, but don’t hang the ridículoo plate, you will be towed.

Otherwise you are good, no stickers, yellow lane park, anywhere….. you are good no tow (see the pictures)

Never saw a place so negligent!! Gates broken more than 1 year.
No control at pool, people come from everywhere to use it.
Parking lot is a mess.
Broken lights around premises . Never fixed.

Lazaro, the maintenance man at Cottonwood Lighthouse Point, is hands down the best in the business. The guy is like the MacGyver of apartment maintenance—there’s nothing he can’t fix! Beyond his skills, he’s a great guy who truly cares about the community. Yeah, he’s loud as hell, but that just means you know he’s on the job, making things happen. Moving here from out of state was a big step for me, but working with Don made the transition so much easier. She’s incredibly responsive and made sure every detail was taken care of before I even arrived. From the first conversation, it was clear she really knows her stuff. Don was always available to answer my questions and even helped me navigate the local area, which was a huge help. It’s clear she takes pride in her work and genuinely cares about her tenants. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Ever since the new management took over recently they really have been doing fun activites once a month really building the community rapport. They had a pizza & bingo night, wine and charcuterie night and even a taco night!

They are really improving the community and cleaning it up! Thank you so much ladies!!

Millie (Property manager) and Jailene are the sweetest in the office and really do take pride into helping and resolving issues, Lazaro is such a great maintenance as well.
