The shopping center is very nice and clean but it does have a lot of vacancy shops but that means more selection possibilities for the future of the area.

Overall great area with a lot of excellent business to choose from!!

Most of the stores are empty. Granite Bay Chinese and Beach Hut Deli are great but they are going to hurt those two businesses by putting in the food court to compete with them. Bad business move.

Been shopping here for over 30 years.

New owners have wasted their money with the upgrade looks Like all the new shopping centers not unique like it was before.

I hope some investment group wasn't duped into saying that a face lift would bring in more businesses.

My understanding also is existing businesses had to pay for new signs .

Stopped in to grab lunch at Country cable restaurant was greeted by the servers seated right away. Service was wonderful food was fantastic! Great menu. I recommend dining here for breakfast or lunch.

Lots of construction at the moment, but there is a good variety of shops and restaurants. As well as a bank or two. All super clean and nice. Once construction is complete will be 5 stars.

Landlord needs to be retail friendly. I've heard nothing but bad things about them. They don't care if the entire shopping center was empty. It's the reason that it practically is empty.

Oh my, where have all the businesses gone? First it was the well managed Dollar Tree, always clean with cheerful staff. Next to fall was Tuesday Morning. Then the consignment store. The last big blow was, oh no, Starbucks. Talking with other shop owners, I learned that rents were going up so high that those retailers gave up. Needless to say there's lots of parking available. Of course Raley's remains the anchor and there are still other stores open for business, specialty shops and eating places.
