I was very pleased and grateful to Aline who is the receptionist or office manager I'm not sure. She was polite, positive and very helpful. The company doesn't service my location and she was truly sorry she couldn't help me. She even gave me a name n number of another sanitation company that does service my location. I live in Maine and was calling for a friend of mine. She is the first customer service person I've spoken to in Florida that was pleasant, helpful and very well mannered. I hope Country Sanitation know what a gem they have as their first contact for their company. She has class and a wonderful personality. Thank you again Aline!! ☺️🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

This is our weekly trash company. The office staff is mostly very helpful and nice depending on who you get to speak too. However, the pickup guys throw trash, leave your cans where ever they feel like throwing them and half the time in the road, they often leave trash in the can and turned upside down so you get to pick up the trash THEY left when you get home. I started taking photos this week so I can give proof to the company we are just not complainers. Everyone on the street is tired of it. Clearly lazy a lazy crew!!!!

I went out this morning & my garbage can was in front of my neighbor’s home about 20’ away, there were 5 soda cans in the middle of the street a few houses down, there were plastic bags in front of another home and in general, this is the one of the laziest/ spiteful crews I’ve ever dealt with. Maybe you need to hire people that need the job and pay them better too. We have a lovely community but your guys left a trail of garbage- they are a wrecking crew, not garbage disposal people. Disgusted.

Update, if you can't get waste Management in your area JD Parker and Sons is even better than waste Management. They were able to get me on a route within 24 hours of setting up my account. No other trash service and this county can do that.
They show up on time they pick up the trash like they're supposed to and they go about their way and there's nothing stressful about it.
Originally the operator was way off with the pickup rules but the company cleared it up with a letter of receipt that had the rules written on it.

I originally left the wrong feedback for the wrong company county sanitation, anytime I ask for anything extra they threatened me with code enforcement. I talked to my neighbors who had the same thing that I was asking for and there was no issues. So I have no idea why I was singled out with the threat of code enforcement. I would give anything if waste Management would add my neighborhood to their route. I was asking for one of those small personal dumpsters. The answer was no and that I would be reported to code enforcement if I got one. So, I became very afraid of this company because God knows what else they report to code enforcement. I had street lights installed for them and everything else.

This company rarely picks up like they should. They will miss entire streets in the neighborhood. If your lid is not closed on the trash can they will also not pick up. You would think a private company would give better service than a city sanitation but that is so far from the truth with this company. City sanitation completely surpasses them.

Rude office staff , Al needs to be trained in customer service.They raised rates with no notification called it an "admin fee" .
Broke my trash can and left in in the streets .
Charged for service not used after I cancelled my service and threatened with collections if I didn't pay for services not renderer.
If I could give 0 stars I would do that .

They come twice a week and take everything we put out. We rent the plastic rolling lidded container which holds all the bags and loose trash. They were nice enough to take some extra bags when we first started service. They don't come at the same time of day. This is not an issue. Very nice folks.
