Before Kangen, I was drinking bottled and tap water, which didn’t offer optimal hydration for my body. When I had my first cup of Kangen water, I noticed mental clarity, as I experienced my brain and the rest of my body getting properly hydrated. It was easier for me to pay attention, stay focused and be more aware in the moment. I have definitely gained a deeper understanding and awareness of optimal drinking water due to the Crave Kangen store. Anka, the store owner, is very helpful and polite. It's no joke when they say change a water change your life!
One day I stumbled into the Crave Kangen shop and came out a new person. Anka gave me so much conscious information about water and health that I couldn't help but try out the water. After the 2 week trial I was so amazing by the results I had to get the K8 machine. The first thing I realized was my boost of energy. I woke up in the mornings feeling alert and awake rather then sluggish and slow, which was a huge deal for me. I lost 10 pounds in the first 3 weeks! I was going to the bathroom alot more which was the detox part. My skin and hair started to feel and look better. Since I had so much energy through the day I started to workout more and eat better. Another cool part was the many different things I could do with the machine depending on the different ph level for disinfecting, facial toner, window cleaner, etc etc!! I also got my family, most importantly my mother onto the water since she has a bunch of health issues going on. The main thing we've noticed with her is her sleep is sooo much better, energy levels have gone up and inflammation has gone down. There is so much more to this than it just being a medical machine for clean water. It changes you from the inside on a molecular level!! There are so many incredible benefits to this but don't take my word for it try it out yourself I promise you wont regret it!
