Extremely unprofessional business. They billed me but never shipped the products. Didn’t return my e-mails. I reached then on social media and they saw my complain and simply ignore it. Keeping my money with them. What do you call people who keeps other people’s money without their consent? Start with “dis” and ends up with “est”. I had to file a claim with the credit card issuer to get my money back.

Cancelled my order with no explanation and then jacked the prices up on every item I ordered by over 60%. What a deceptive and shady move. I’d rather buy elsewhere. ?

Waited a month for some Ona Pro gel. Called 3 times and was assured I would get a call back on the status of my order. No one has called me back. Poor customer service, listing out of stock items and charging for them.

Jesse is an absolute lifesaver for staying open for me with my ETA after they closed at 6pm. I called and Jesse said “no problem, what can I get you so it’s ready for you.” Helping me get what I needed on the phone and going the “extra mile” just made me a regular customer!

I give it a 3 only because April is the ONLY original person left"and she tries" since this new owner took over. Whoever bought this place let it go to waste. No soil, hardly any nutrients on the shelves. Light selection and supplies little to nothing left. It's sad really. The new owner is clueless and will soon be bankrupt. Let me know when you want to sell everything inside.

Update as of 08/20/19
Place still lacks quality service. Still no soil, and I have been as well as other's to see if they're just full of it"or don't like be questioned ". Selection of products are still slim picking and overpriced for much of what is left from previous owner. You guy's did yourself a disservice by firing the staff that was there the way you did. Karma is now nipping at your heels and you still don't have quality stock, and a better supporting staff.

My name is Pat Riggin, I bought this computer used so the wrong name shows up. Even though I am in AZ and their stores are all in Cali, I order almost everything from DH. They run great specials, and their customer service over the phone is great. They also helped me out once when I first got cancer.....I had a fan failure and couldn't afford a new one. I would have lost all my plants because I wouldn't have been able to run my lights without them....also I had just been diagnosed with Breast and Lymph Node Cancer and I didn't have any money.Michael Hess, the GM at the Riverside store overnighted me a new 8 inch fan, several quality bulbs, and some nutrients. They treated me like family; and I will never forget it. So not only do they have great selection at great prices, they are just really great people.They will always have my business. They helped me when I needed it, I would love to be able to meet them someday.

I have to agree with the review that stated the price issues, I rely pretty heavily on reviews and for once, I felt inclined to write one of my own for you all.

There is no "Discount" here...actually there is often a pretty markup on simple things. Selection? Depends what ya want...u want nutrients, sure. You want to fill your house and garage with more crap than u can afford? Yep, they will sell you lights and fans till your broke. Need small items for stealth grow box? Good luck!
