I would like to say that losing my husband was the hardest thing I had to face in my life, but from the first phone to Cremation Society of Illinois in Homewood, Mike made everything so easy. Just by his soft calming voice I felt like I was truly being taken care of. He answered all my questions and was able to take care of my husband. I believe that the cost was very reasonable but after the wonderful service I received from the front office to Mike, it was worth five times more to me than I actually paid. I would highly recommend having Cremation Society of Illinois take care of your loved ones. They will definitely be getting our families business in the future.

My experience with Cremation Society of Illinois was very positive. They handled everything, explained everything in great detail and put me at ease throughout the process. Although I wanted basic services, they offer just about anything you’d need or can imagine.

My parents made their arrangements with Illinois Cremation Society years ago. When dad passed 11 years ago, they performed exactly as they promised. Then again last month when mom died, ICS came in and respectfully cared for her. Michael and Elizabeth were compassionate in following up with the family to make sure we were doing well and informed of what was happening. Even after their job was done and the urn had been delivered, they continued to check on us during our grieving process.
They provide care and compassion in a time of crisis.
