I would not give them any stars if possible. Called on a Monday evening and scheduled an appointment that Thursday for cleanout. Was told to wait by phone as would be called at some point during the day of service. Called at 2:20 p.m. day of service and was assured someone was coming. Called again at 5:20 p.m. and 24-hour answering service took all information and said a night service employee would call. No call. No show. Called Southwest Environmental and they are coming out same day! Would not recommend Crews Environmental!

Can't beat the pump out price. They beat all others by easily $100+ and they have first responder/military discount as well that's why I'll continue to use Crews for all my Septic needs.

Excellent service! Markus was quick to call back even though I called early in the am for a emergency service. They where able to schedule me in for the same day! James the tech that came out was professional and quick! I could not have asked for a better company. I will absolutely be using them for continuing service.

Amazing fast service. We had one company come out. He refused to do the job because our ground was “too hard”. Crews Environmental was recommended to us. I called and got super fast service. Our technician Raul was very polite and respectful. He worked hard in the dark to get our septic tank unclogged and drained and back working properly. I will request him every time! Very pleased with the service of everyone I spoke with and will absolutely call back any time I need septic tank work done. Thank you Crews and Raul!!!!

Taking this opportunity to give a special SHOUT OUT TO RAUL. The guy was patient, punctual, communicative, understanding and fair. Raul took his time to explain the issue, outlined the solution and rectified the problem. This is my 1st time living in a unit with septic and the eduction I got from Raul was worth it all

I called to make an appointment and was told they could get to me on Friday, they didnt. I made an appointment again and they lied about calling me and canceled my appointment Then the lying receptionist came up with whatever excuse she could to not admit the truth and pretty much lied until I decided being nice was no longer worth it. Worse receptionist ever with no manners, THE WORSE COMPANY I EVER DEALT WITH. PASS ON THESE CLOWNS

I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding a septic tank contract I entered into with Crews environmental that I believe does not abide by the Florida Administrative Code 64E-6, which regulates onsite sewage treatment and disposal systems. According to Florida Administrative Code 64E-6, the contractor is required to adhere to specific guidelines and regulations concerning the installation, maintenance, and functionality of septic tank systems. However, the company has failed to comply with several provisions, including but not limited to: The company has not followed the prescribed maintenance schedules and procedures, leading to system inefficiency and potential environmental harm. Important details regarding the system’s maintenance, potential risks, and operational guidelines were not disclosed as mandated by the regulatory guidelines. I have made several attempts to resolve this matter directly with the company, including multiple phone calls, emails, and written communication. Despite these efforts, the company has been unresponsive and has not taken any corrective measures to address the issues mentioned above. This situation has caused significant distress and inconvenience, including Health Risks. There are potential health risks due to improper treatment and disposal of sewage. I have incurred additional costs for temporary fixes and inspections from third-party services.
