I spent the weekend without any heat and was searching for a new service company. CRNE came very highly recommended. I called and spoke to Joy who was very pleasant got right back to me and had Al at my house within an hour. Al was excellent in explaining the problem and resolving it within a few hours. Most importantly I feel that he was very honest which is my number one issue with repair companies. I highly recommend CRNE and will definitely be using them for all my future service.

I just used CRNE’S again for AC and they were just as amazing as for heating. I contacted Joy first thing in the morning and my technician Goo was out by 11 and it was repaired by noon. Excellent customer service and so professional. I would give 10 stars if I could‼️

First off Joy in the office was great. She worked with us on our appointment even though we had to change times a number of times due to our work schedules. She could have not been nicer or more accommodating. Excellent experience with Crne's Environmental Control for my first heating maintenance in the home I purchased last year. They did the original installation and it made sense to have them perform the required biannual maintenance to keep it running in tip top shape. Their installation is perfection. Joy and Tom were an absolute pleasure to work with in getting the appointment scheduled and having the work done.

Easily scheduled a same day appointment and had service tech Al come to diagnose our ac unit. He did a great job and took the time to get the system running back at 100%. Since the system is 25 yrs old and on its last legs, he took the time to offer several options on replacements. He gave us options and honest estimates. He bought us a bit more time to squeeze out the last drop from our old AC.
However when it finally dies we will be calling back Crnes and requesting Al to do the replacement for us. We are that thrilled and will be repeat customers

I’ve been using CRNE for years and they’re the best. Joy, the receptionist is very friendly and helpful when it comes to squeezing me into the schedule. When I first bought my condo the HVAC died almost immediately and CRNE helped me purchase and install a new system. Ever since then they have come every 6 months for maintenance. They are happy to answer questions and always make me feel comfortable having them in my home.

Recently, we had problems with our AC. They came out twice in an effort to save the unit during a hot spell. When it could not be repaired (it was 16 years old) they prioritized a replacement for us.

After my A/C went out on a very hot Fourth of July weekend, I called CRNE's after reading many good reviews. It was clear early on their goal was to provide great service, not to rack up fees. Al showed up within 20 minutes of calling and worked quickly to fix my A/C problem. Beyond that, he took the time to answer my (many) questions about my HVAC system and thermostats, etc. And best of yet--all of this for a very reasonable price. CRNE's is the best home-service company I have dealt with in many years. Highly recommended across the board!

UPDATE: We recently moved to a new home and needed a full inspection of the existing system and a plan for ongoing maintenance. The technician, Tommy B., arrived on time and, in a very thorough manner, inspected the whole system, gave us a detailed summary of the good and the not so good, and installed a new thermostat. We made a plan for ongoing maintenance moving forward and were extremely pleased with his professionalism and skill. We look forward to continuing to rely on CRNE for our HVAC needs.

We had to replace our entire HVAC system after confirming we had a leak in a 15+year system in our condo. We reached out to a local company that came out quickly but spent about 5 minutes in our place before sending us a quote for a full replacement. When we called CRNE, Al (the owner) came over and spent the better part of an hour just taking measurements before working on an offer. His commitment to not rushing through the inspection in order to make sure a replacement system was the correct fit was obvious and appreciated. We got the offer the next morning and had productive and efficient conversations with Joy in the office who was prompt and knowledgeable. The team was made up of Tommy (there were two guys named Tommy), Al, and Billy. Both days they arrived promptly and got right to work. They were pleasant and hardworking the entire day. We could tell they paid much attention to detail and wanted to get it right for us.  They even took the time to clean the floor of the room and left it looking better than they found it. Tommy B. in particular took the time to walk us through the entire system, explaining how it works in a way that was understandable, and took extra time to teach us the new thermostat system. Our new system is noticably cooler and also QUIETER, which was an extremely pleasant surprise. The old saying is true, that you get what you pay for. CRNE did an overall great job.
