I've used Cross several times in the past for both parts and service.
Took my mower here the other day.
They kept it for several days then called me to say the repair would be $600 and that my mower was not worth fixing. Charged me $86 for the estimate. Gave me a written invoice claiming they removed the carb float bowl and found the carb needed to be replaced along with some other work.
Attached is a pic of the carb I removed from the mower and as you can clearly see the bowl was never removed. They lied.
After taking the carb in and showing it to them and asking for my $86 back the owner initially said he would not refund my money. After several phone calls they eventually did the right thing and issued a full refund.
I bought a new carb online for $38, installed it myself in an hour and now the mower runs fine.
There are too many other Deere dealers in this area to waste your time and money on Cross.

Called dealership twice 30 days apart trying to schedule riding lawnmower repair. Got transfered 3 times each time trying to get on the repair schedule. The first time I was told there would be a $500 deposit at shop labor rate of $149/hr for anything beyond the deposit plus parts and additional labor. I agreed and was told I would be contacted when it was time to bring the machine in. Thirty days later, today, I called to check on status and was told I was never put on the schedule and that my riding mower was worth less than $500. At $2.49/minute they would barely have the hood open on the machine before the repair bill was going to be more than the mower was worth. He said they run into this all the time. My issue is, since I previously agreed to the $500 deposit plus parts and labor the first time only to be dropped off the repair schedule, it didnt sound like they really wanted to work on my riding mower at all. I am now left with a riding mower that wont run and a John Deere dealership that doesnt want the repair job. I feel that this John Deere dealership only eyes big $$ jobs and anything less, is disposable. Unfortuneately, my budget doesnt allow me to throw away an otherwise perfectly good riding mower that I have faithfully maintained for many years just because I have a starting issue that is beyond my skill set. SHAME ON YOU CROSS IMPLEMENT.

Very helpful when you need parts and they've handled our leases on their tractors and sprayers very well. Also since our company is just down the road they've been very nice about letting us borrow equipment from time to time.

They have nice stuff. Good equipment. Just back stabbing sale people when you want to buy something and while working on a deal or numbers they sell it right out from under you. Poor salesmanship there.

If you're only going to be maintaining equipment for a small farm, you might be better off using John Deere parts online. I see in many of the reviews that they say they don't have record of a transaction. That's probably because they use a cash customer entry and you don't get put into the system.

I don't blame them for not having a filter kit in stock, but the individual parts are about 30% more expensive. I am sure I will still return, in a bind, even though I am one of those cash customers.

This is the the most low down and dirty there is. We were set to to buy a 1980 International 584 from them and we live in Oregon. Got everything set with a purchase agreement sent with wire transfer info. These low down dirty dogs sold the tractor out from under us when all was agreed upon that we would wire money next morning. They called at 7 am our time and woke up my family who works in to the night running a small cattle ranch to tell us that they sold it. I don't know about you but where I come from when agreement is reached that means it is sold. I hope these people sleep well at night screwing over out of state buyers. I am going to take my money and buy somewhere else. I suggest if you are a buyer anywhere buy somewhere else.
