Super fast, easy, and flexible! They work with you and your schedule when getting quotes and setting up the policies. Pamela helped me get my policy set up, and she even allowed me to do everything over text message while I was on a 10 minute break at work. By my next break, I had my quote information and the next morning, she called and within a 10 minute phone call, I had insurance, and e-signed the papers! I'd give Pamela 10 stars for sure!

Came in to get a quote on insurance because SF raises rates every renewal and wanted an insane amount for full coverage on a new car. Crowel hooked me up with a 2 car policy that was half SF with a lower deductible. If you are with big red, go see them. Sorry I didn't do it sooner. Also, I stopped in on a Saturday morning with no appointment and was in and out in under 30 minutes new insurance cards in hand. I enjoyed calling my good neighbor to cancel those policies when I got home.
