Best in class. We had a slight scare after discovering some unknown materials in our new, older home, which given its age and lack of formal alibi seemed highly suspect for asbestos. Of the four companies we called, Taylor's knowledge and professionalism impressed us the most, and he was able to come — personally — within 48 hours. I did not hire Taylor of Crown Environmental, but I need to review the services that he did provide. In the days before I was to sign a contract on a home, I called Taylor to get a second estimate for an XRF scan and lead dust wipes. Even thought I had hired another company, Taylor ended up giving me an invaluable education in what level of lead was acceptable, the gear the other company was using, and everything I had to consider should there be a lead presence in the home. He even provided me with a same day quote for remediation, should it become necessary. He answered every call and every email. Taylor cares about clients, of course, but it seems to me that he cares about all people's safety first and foremost.
