Some friends and I rented a condo at this complex for a long weekend. The view of the lake is beautiful and the condo was very nice. However, our vacation was ruined by the sound coming from the floor above. We heard every footstep from the people upstairs; we talked to them about it but it never improved. After meeting some people and asking a few questions, we were told that all the buildings are noisy due to the shoddy way they were built. We paid plenty of money to rent the condo and our vacation was wasted because we were constantly annoyed with the sound. Don't waste your vacation at Crowne Pointe.

These condos have fantastic views of big water and sunsets (and moonsets) from every unit. Each has its own boat slip. There are two pools. The finishes are typically granite counters, tile floors, stainless appliances, etc. Location is convenient to four major marinas and a public boat ramp is less than a mile away. You have to see this place.
