Terrible service. They'll change the collection date at a whim and not tell you ahead of time. You call them asking about that change and they'll act ignorant. If your cart gets missed don't bother calling, they'll tell you they're going to schedule the driver to come collect your cart that same day but the driver never shows up. You end up having to wait until next collection day and hope they do actually pick up your now two week's worth of trash. When the drivers come pick up your trash and recycle they leave trash scattered on the street as they recklessly throw things around. They'll leave your carts in the middle of the street, creating a hazard for traffic. If you call any of the phone lines that aren't used for paying them then goodluck getting a response, you may as well switch to that line. You'll get stuck in an endless loop of the machine telling you that you can ask for someone to call you back instead of waiting in queue. I assure you, they won't call you back. All this and the company has the audacity to raise the price on your bill for an "annual adjustment". I think they ought to adjust their trashy service before they havd the gall to send you an increased price. Horrible, horrible.

Horrible service. They can’t even pick up our trash regularly, always missing our ENTIRE cul de sac. They say they’ll send a driver back out, but they never do. Looks like failure in leadership and responsibility at all levels. If we could fire them, we would. Our city made a horrible choice switching to them. Our entire neighborhood wants them out.

After a missed green waste pick up, for my street, and never came back for a week, and calling many times over 2 months for a adjustment on my bill, never happend. Customer service is awful and never takes or does what they say they will. CRnR is unfair, but raises our rates for bad service.

Scheduled a bulky item pickup and the driver never showed they charged me to come out, called today and this lady in customer service had a bad attitude and says my order was canceled and they’ll refund my money but I would have to pay again to schedule a pick up , mind you we live in an upstairs apartment so it was not easy taking this thing down.

After a missed pickup, I’ve called every day for a week and the company continually assures me that someone will be out to pick up the trash later that day. They’re either incompetent or outright lying. Incredibly frustrating experience and a waste of my time.

Hello everyone, i also have the same problems with this company. the fact that they dont provide a service on time and with effectiveness is unacceptable. we as consumers need to insure that if a company is charging on a monthly basis for a service, that the service is provided properly and on time. i took the time to read all the reviews and it seems that this company does not care simply because its monopolized and consumers dont have a choice. I think its time that we make our voices heard and we file complaints with our state and local leaders. i know that the mayor and or county supervisor will look into the matter if we speak out and express our concerns. if they dont fix the issue then we go federal, FCPB< attorney general office ect.

Called CR&R office because they failed to pick the whole blocks trash last week and I started calling them on Thursday and they said they were coming and didn’t happen, so then I called on Friday and they still said they were definitely coming in Friday and they still never came. So then I called on Saturday and they said they were going to try to come out on Saturday and still never came, but if they didn’t come that they were most definitely come in on Monday morning which is today and still nothing. Why are we paying if they are not coming to pick up our trash? Everyone on my block should be getting a credit since they didn’t pick up our trash from last week. Will be taking this complaint to the higher up because this is so upsetting. Horrible service with CR&R I miss waste management so bad because this never happened to us with WM
