There is always some excuse that they won’t pick up my trash can. They offer 300 gal residential service but they say their trucks aren’t big enough to pick up the can so they actually asked me to crawl in the can and empty it out. When you cancel they will just leave their cans there on the property and forget you, Wittmann is littered with their old cans they never retrieved

Old homeowner used this company, so thought it would make for an easy transition. Not! They forgot to add us to the route and said it would be over a week before they could come out. I cancelled immediately. Here we are almost a month later and they still haven’t picked up their dumpster. I have called twice now and all I hear is I will send it back out to the driver. Horrible service and response from company.

CR&R was good at first, when we moved up to Peeples Valley. Not sure what happened - they say they are short staffed, but they are so inconsistent with trash pick up, and of course they always ask you "did you put your bin out?" Would you like proof from my cameras that my husband puts the trash out the night before to make sure, just in case they decide to show up at 4:00 a.m. its out? Then in December of last year, they broke our bin, the top is literally in half and the bin is cracked, leaving trash exposed even though we bag it. Which means the lovely animals get to feast on our trash. We've called every month to ask for a new bin and its the same, oh we'll get it out to you next week. Then it was oh we have no one to take it, so come pick it up. And now the excuse is they ran out of bins and they will be getting more but they are already parsed out to other people who need them. Every time we call there is no resolution, no offer of a credit for the inconsistent service. We both work in a service industry, we both understand customer service - they can't even offer anything remotely helpful. BUT they have no issue charging me. Maybe we should all stop paying? CR&R needs an overhaul of their Operations Department and quite possibly a new OPS Manager.

Can't even get service started, but they took my money. Waiting for a cart to be delivered. They always say they're sending a message to "operations" and operations doesn't respond. Just a bizarre way to run a business. If you say you offer a service, then provide it. But to take people's money and then not even bring the can? Strange, rude, and unprofessional.

This company is the worst horrible customer service, ignores our managers requests.
Driver who services our RV park drives way to fast at at 330 in the morning, an wont or cant pick up trash, the last 3 weeks they have not pickup our trash, owner of the property has stepped in but still nothing...
Looks like Parks & Son is making there way out hopefully we can get them.

CR&R is my weekly pickup service, and they are just wonderful! The office staff was so helpful getting my service started, the young man that brought my garbage can didn't just drop it off he got out and showed my my options and asked if I had any questions, and my driver is just the best (he has the nicest smile, genuine). In the 9 months I've used their service there hasn't been a single concern on my part, and I could set my clock to their arrival that's how consistent they are. I couldn't be happier to be their customer, and I couldn't be more appreciative that they're here to support those not living in town. Cheers!

Consistent in only NOT picking up my trash I pay for weekly.
They have been unable numerous times to pick up my trash.
The latest was 3.5 weeks no pick up, dumpster was literally overflowing.
They missed me again today.
