I have had this system for about 3 years now. Before the system our water had turned things like baths and sinks yellow/ orange. Recently we have had some issues. One was sediment in all our screens. I called and they said I needed a sediment filter and that they would install one but that was 6 months ago and have not heard from anyone. During that same visit I pointed out all our humidifiers turning colors see pictures below. I was told that is normal.Also in the pics you will see a Grey color in the toilets along with yellowish color, and yes when system was put in I purchased all new toilets.All pics below are after the new system was installed.I find this to be unacceptable due to the amount of money I paid for this system. I would like this to be fixed and I hope the company can make this right and if they do I will make my review here.

Here we go again new year same problem. I had to bypass the system to het pressure. I've also added a new picture of the staining on another humidifier. This getting out of hand.

I am incredibly thankful for the free water testing kit at Lowes. I bought my first home in January of 2017 and always thought our water looked funny; awfully brown especially after a hard rain. Since 2017, we've always bought bottled water to drink but never thought much about it for cooking. We never realized what could be in our water and the cause and effect it would, or could, have on our health or the health of our fur babies. I'll admit, I had the water test kit for over a year before I decided to finally do something with it. It took less than two seconds to read the directions, add the water, and seal it up to mail the next morning. I mailed it on a Thursday and the following Monday, a very pleasant individual called to advise the results of my water. Shocked...! They advised they could have someone come to my home the next day to do further testing and go over all of the results and solutions with me. Of course, I jumped right on that. Tuesday evening, John showed up and was so helpful, respectful, and pleasant. He tested the water at the kitchen sink again and went over all of the results. He explained why our faucet handle (metal) looked the way it did, explained the PH levels and what metals were detected in our water. He was more than helpful. John was able to secure an appointment to have our system set up the following day, Wednesday. This worked awesome for our schedule though I felt awful for the guys working outside in the rain to hook us up. The gentlemen showed up on time, as scheduled, were quiet, prompt, and respectful; took their shoes off without even asking if they needed to do so. Good honest people! Our water is clear and we are finally able to drink it and use it for cooking.

I love my water treatment system now if I could just use it!. I waited for two days all day long sitting in the house nobody showed nobody called very poor way of doing business. The third time we made the appointment the man came, charged me $260.00. He said he rebuilt my system under the sink and I still have no drinking water and I’m still waiting. And yes they say they’ll call you back, but they never do sounds like the Better Business Bureau . so I called the office again for the fourth time yesterday on the 23rd and was told they were going to call me back and you guessed it nobody’s called
so I would like to know what’s going to be done about this; you have my money how about fixing my system?

DO NOT USE OR TRUST THIS COMPANY!!! They came to my house to service the filtration system and said they would have to order the filters and reschedule replacing them. Since that time they have scheduled to come to our house to replace the filters three times and failed to show up. They did not call before or after scheduled appointment which is a four hour window. The worst part is they never answered the phone nor will they return any calls. They call at random times to reschedule but fail to show up!

Horrible. This place is awful. Been trying to call this place to get my system reinstalled at my new home. Called 3 days last week and left messages. No one has returned my phone call. I figured I would drive to the office today seeing that it’s about 10 min away from me. To my surprise, they either moved or closed completely. The only person who I came in contact with was a company renovating the office space. I want to give them less than 1 star because customer service has been awful since I had the system. Somehow Google says this business is still open and clearly it’s not. Stay far away from this company or get into business with them at your own risk.

The sales rep James came out to my home in order to perform a water test. He was courteous and friendly while also being knowledgeable about the products and a solution for my personal needs. The RO system was on back order and took about two weeks to come in which was inconvenient but the installation team was also professional. Overall very happy with the product and the team.

We were having issues with our well water quality and we called Crystal Clear to help improve the water quality. They promised their $10,000 system would solve all our problems. Their system fixed many of the issues we were having, but not all of them. The system they installed also had issues with breaking. After the 6 months of service warranty expired they said they would charge $200 just to look at our system and if they decided it was equipment issues then they would waive the $200 fee. Even when we agreed to this they still canceled our scheduled meeting, and they sent out someone who looked at the system and said I have no idea how to fix it, my boss will come tomorrow. No one ever followed up with us and when I called on the phone to reschedule the person I talked to was rather rude. In the end I think I over paid for the system, the system under performed, and the guaranteed satisfaction was a lie. I should have shopped around more, or just did the work myself since it looks like the system they installed is not that complicated.

Very pleased with the system and their staff. Timothy, our salesman, was very professional and his presentation of how their system worked was easy to understand and engaging. He even continued to follow up afterward and performed additional tests after the install, and helped me trouble shoot the Rainsoft app.

The installers worked very quickly and considered my input of where to place the system.

Prior to buying their system, the water at my house was undrinkable, and was ruining my spouse’s work clothes and hair. Black rings would form around the inside of the toilet bowls and black gunk would build up in faucet heads. Since installation, I’ve been drinking straight from the faucet, the black gunk is gone, and our skin and hair feel much healthier.
