I have been living at Crystal Springs for a year and I am beyond impressed with the overall experience. From the moment I moved in, it was clear that this place is committed to providing top-notch service and a comfortable living environment.

The management team, particularly Michelle, Anny, Jose, and Maria go above and beyond to ensure residents feel welcomed and valued. They are always friendly, responsive, and willing to help with any issues or questions. Their professionalism and dedication truly set this complex apart.

The common areas, including the gym, pool, and lounge, are always clean and well-maintained. The landscaping is beautiful, and it’s clear that the maintenance team takes great pride in their work. Any maintenance requests I’ve had were addressed promptly and efficiently.
There is a strong sense of community here, fostered by regular events and activities organized by the management. These events provide great opportunities to meet neighbors and build connections, making it feel more like a home than just an apartment.

The amenities offered at Crystal Springs are fantastic. The fitness center is equipped with modern equipment, the pool area is perfect for relaxing on weekends.
The location is ideal, with easy access to grocery stores, public transportation, parks, etc. It’s a perfect balance of a quiet, residential area with the convenience of city living.

Anny met with us and gave us very detailed information. She was so kind and helpful. We didn't even have to ask questions because she answered everything before we even knew what to ask. She took us on a tour and showed us the model unit which was so helpful to get a good realistic view of what one of the units would look like. We were impressed with Anny as put tour guide as she was so knowledgeable. She showed us all of the various floor plans and you could tell that she was very proud to show off the property. We witnessed her interactions with other tenants and she is so kind and respectful. It gave us a sense that we would be well taken care of by having her on the property looking put for everyone. We will be highly considering this property. Great job Anny!!!

Gorgeous apartments. I just had a tour with the leasing office and was amazed by the professionalism and cleanliness of the grounds. We haven’t committed yet but this is for sure on my top 3 list. If you’re looking for a new home be sure to request Anny for a tour. She was so sweet and really took time to show us around. I’m pretty picky so I appreciated Anny’s attention to detail and taking into account my list of demands. I’m hoping to lease soon, the prices are pretty fair too.

Anny, Jacob, and Gerwin are the best people on the planet. My mother qualified for section 8 and they did everything in their power to help us and treated us with the utmost respect. I have never dealt with kinder people anywhere else in my life. This place is in good hands with these people running the place. God bless them and gives me hope great people still exists

Been having issues with my neighbor for the past year. 17050 San Mateo St, Apt H She yells when we have bbqs on the balcony, assaults my ring camera, and observes all my packages that arrive. She also has made several racist comments toward my wife and I on video. I have told the management and corporate about this toxic neighbor. Also showed them footage. They haven’t done anything to ever rectify it. They say they “keep the peace” and can’t get involved. It seems you can act crazy with your neighbors here with impunity. It also seems we have no community guidelines in this complex. Jerwin and Annie have been unsuccessful of solving this problem. So I did my own research and found that she has 3 separate evictions on her (see pictures) she is not even qualified to live in this complex.

I just toured Crystal Springs and was greeted/toured by Jacob. He’s very friendly and knowledgeable. The apartment complex was clean and beautiful. Although I haven’t decided where I’ll move, it’s definitely a top contender on my list. Thank you Jacob!

Recently, my microwave and fridge broke down. Michelle and Jose promptly addressed both issues and replaced the appliances right away, which made a huge difference in my daily life. Their swift action and attentiveness were incredibly reassuring and reflect their dedication to maintaining a comfortable living environment for all of us.

Michelle is always responsive and approachable, making sure our concerns are heard and addressed efficiently. Jose is equally amazing—whether it’s a small repair or a larger issue, he’s on it immediately, and the quality of his work is excellent.
