Wonderful experience with Melanie. She did an at home test of the water and explained the system thoroughly. Then followed up with me constantly to make sure everything was clear. Engel, who installed the filter, was outstanding, constantly checking in to make sure that everything was working properly. Highly recommend this company.

Starting from the moment Melissa, knocked on my door, down to the installer Engel putting together the system! Communication & follow through just awful with this company. Bought my unit May 20, 2024 and it’s September 2024 and the sulphur smell is still present. I called the company to let them know and they scheduled a tech to come out. There were no shows/cancellations along the way; and I’m always the one calling them to see if the tech is going to show or not… this after a whole day of waiting. Unacceptable! The technician came out couple times to try to fix, but to no avail. I called the company and left a message for the manager Aly Corbin to give me a call to discuss… still waiting.

9/5/2024 Update: Yesterday’s (9/4/24) cancelled appointment was rescheduled to today (9/5). The tech showed up and replaced the valves. Hopefully this fixes the strong sulphur smell issue… we’ll see.

9/25/2024 Update: Sulfur smell came back, so the Crystalline technician came out today and made some updates/changes to the system. Hope this resolves the issue.
