The blonde lady that wasn’t wearing a name tag and didn’t introduce herself that “helped” my husband tonight has a very bad attitude and acted inconvenienced at the fact we were trying to give them money by renting a storage unit.

Also, I have had a storage unit there for the last 1.5 years or so and for the last couple months the gate has been broken, doors are beeping/staying open, and the camera has been disconnected (picture of the camera for proof). All the while my rent has basically doubled while this place has deteriorated rapidly. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Wow! I never expected such fantastic service at a self storage unit that I did at CubeSmart self storage in Holiday Florida. Cindy and Kat were top-notch! I would recommend anybody to rent here. Again, we are blown away by the service from start to finish.
