We had a re-power of a Taylor forklift performed by Cummins. They did fantastic work, kept us informed of their progress and were very helpful. More than that, their work has proved to be impeccable. We have had no issues with our forklift since being re-powered. I expected it to have a few bugs to work out since this was an original engineered project. We are very happy with this shop and are thankful for their good work.

Don’t go here rip offs. Had an occasional warning light drove it 50 miles to wait 5 days to tell me it’s going to be 12,700.00 to fix. I asked for a detailed report and the service manager said the mechanic is gone for the day. She said I would receive a detailed report of the diagnostic but never sent me the information. I attempted to contact her several times with no response. They charged me 500.00 for nothing and my coach is still running better than ever. If I would have read the reviews before I took it there I definitely would not have taken it there. 0 if it let me

Harold the service manager is very understanding of people that are full time rving. I was able to make a timely appointment and he stated that they will help me how ever they could. What great people skills! What great customer service! I want to thank Harold for making the process so simple and easy. I got here and they did not hesitate to go to work. This is the best service that I have ever received....bar none! Thank you!

Zero should be an option… any time your service department wants to start doing their job it would be appreciated. A simple warranty job has turned into a nightmare. Cummins corporate should step in with this many bad reviews.

Tristan, Edgar, and the entire staff(even Precious) were honest and courteous about the repairs that I needed. My truck was down for several weeks, and they kept me up to date daily via calls and emails. Pricey, but I feel like I got what I paid for.

I only go when it's a last ditch effort. Their mechanics run with the best. The service coordinators if they have any leave much to be desired. Leave a truck there on Monday they might diagnose Tuesday or Wednesday then they park it out in the yard and THEY wait for you to call. When you call them they explain the diagnosis then tell you they might get to it on Thursday. Pretty sad.
