She not only does great work but gives me all the information I need to improve any weak spots I have in my dental health. Dr Alex is always friendly and does excellent work. I needed to get a crown for my teeth, so I requested them to send a pre-authorization request to both of my insurances to see how much I would need to pay. I waited for a while, then called the insurance company. They told me that the dental office only sent the request to my insurance, not to my husband’s insurance. I had to call the dental office again.
On the other hand, The billing process is very frustrating. They sent me a bill for $145, but when I came to the office to pay, they asked for $190. They couldn’t explain why, only saying it had been a long time and they didn’t know the reason for the discrepancy. Last year, I had to call and stop by the office for the same issue, and I believe I cleared the bill already.

I like my dental hygienist, Laraine—she’s the reason I stay with this office—but I’m getting tired of constantly having to track the billing process.
