I want to say that Curts 24 hurt towing is absolutely amazing . He was so kind , showed up on time , got right to fixing the problem.. it was mid winter and cold . I held the flashlight for him to help, we talked and after, he showed me and explained what happened . Super nice individual, highly skilled at his craft , great personality and HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Dalton from Curt's quickly came to our rescue to fix our flat tire. He was compassionate and worked diligently to get us back on the road. He even agreed to follow us on the highway for a few miles because we were very nervous about driving after our flat tire experience. Dalton arrived within 30 min of our call to Curt's. This was refreshing after waiting over 3 hours for AAA who never showed up. We highly recommend Curt's and are thankful to Dalton.

Their guy Bill helped me tremendously. Flatbed load shifted putting me out of service. Bill followed me to the shop for safety then helped me reorganize the freight. He never complained, didn’t rush, allowed me to assist in adjusting the freight, and made sure I was satisfied with all changes. Great experience. Thank you.

Betty was very sweet and nice when I scheduled to get my car towed, and returned my call quickly before I could even leave a voicemail. Colton (the driver) was also very nice, got my car loaded up quickly and didn’t mind that it needed to be pushed to get it loaded. They have the best prices in the area and were very professional and formal. Highly recommend Curt’s towing and will be recommending them to my friends and family.

Curt towed us from the side of I-55 after a flat tire. He towed us to his shop and put a new tire on our wheel. He did a great job and we highly recommend him.

I’m so grateful for the owner of this company and for Austin who came to our rescue. My Toyota Prius slipped on ice and spun out into a ditch, and we were so lucky that both us and the car were unharmed. Curt answered my call on the 3rd ring and sent my information to Austin who got to us in less than 20 minutes. Austin was so kind and so efficient. He pulled us out smoothly and calmly talked us through it the entire time. I called Curt’s at 9:27pm and by 10:20pm, we were back on the road. Thank you thank you thank you, Austin, for your prompt response and reassuring words. Thank you, Curt, for running an excellent and honest business and for coordinating with Austin to get to us. I will be forever grateful to both of you for your service, and I have nothing but the highest praise for this company. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

I was on my way home from Indiana to Arkansas, an 8 hour drive, and I spun out in snow. I had to get towed, but then my cars battery light and a few other lights came on. Had to call state trooper to get my car jumped, several times might I add, to get to a gas station. Curt’s Towing was kind enough to tow my car and I to the hotel I was going to stay at. They were very nice, and handled my situation very well. Thankful for the kind people there at Curt’s!!

On 11-4-2024, my car would not start, call Curt’s, they referred me to kingdom auto because they say Kingdom does such a great job. Dan at kingdom auto says it’s the battery. Pay Curt’s and I pay kingdom auto.
12-10-2024, the car does not want to start again. Kurt tows the car to kingdom. Dan tells me it’s the starter this time. Pay for the tow and pay for the work done by kingdom.
12-12-2024.
Out and about running errands and when I come
Back to my car to drive home, guess what happens? The car will not start. Jen at Curt’s tells me manager is not available and I leave my number so the manger can call me. Still waiting on that call.
I feel like Curt’s towing gave me a bad referral and I feel like I should be reimbursed for the towing on 12-8-2024. i also feel kingdom should reimburse me for the labor on 12-8-2024. Dan at Kingdom auto wants me to bring back into the shop for a third time but will not give me a refund. I would not recommend kingdom auto to anyone after my experience. I am still waiting on a call from Curt’s towing.
