We purchased a new home and had several
companies come to give us estimates on replacing the furnace. Custom air had the best deal and great customer service when dealing with questions. Sam and Skylar were our install team and they were knowledgeable, efficient, and professional. I really appreciated the follow up from Craig 3 days after installation to answer any questions about the system and get information on the maintenance of the new system. We highly recommend Custom Air Company! We recently replaced our furnace and air conditioner. Sam and Skyler are the best installers! They are very knowledgeable and did a great job! Derek serviced our old system and will continue to service our new one. He is amazing and knows what he is doing. He is very good at explaining what needs to be done. Plus my dogs love him. 😊 We also had the pleasure to talk with Craig. He was very helpful answering all our questions and getting everything set up for our new install and checked in afterwards to answer any new questions we had.

Having bought a new home, I had Custom Air Company take a look at our HVAC system to do service and explain certain things to me. Derek far exceeded my expectations--really took the time to answer my questions and explain things well, including how to use the rather complicated thermostat. Custom Air is an excellent contractor to work with. I was shocked at how clean they left my house after replacing my furnace and air conditioner. The unit was located in a tight spot under my stairs and they made it work with no complaints. It was around 5:30 PM, most workers would be rushing to get home, but Sam wanted to show me the work he completed. This guy was proud of his work and willing to answer any questions or concerns I might have, even after putting in a long hard day. Kudos to you Custom Air for a job well done and setting such a fine example on how to run a professional HVAC business.

Custom Air Company offers excellent service for all your heating and cooling needs. I received many quotes from other suppliers but none could beat what Custom Air offered. I had the AC and the furnace completely replaced. They were friendly, transparent, respectful, and helpful through the entire process. I cannot recommend this company enough.
