Cutler Bay Solar Solutions are phenomenal! We took time to do our research and found some companies were all talk. From our first meeting with sales, office staff and
the crew till the start up of our solar project. They answered all of our questions, here on time and finished in a timely manner I have to mention we are three hour drive away from the office. The crew was fantastic up on the roof 90 plus degrees worked all day not one complaint . We had a complex situation and their electricians were excellent we knew right away that they knew what they were doing.

Nice sales person. Installation went smooth. Then I had power outages. I then realized that everything wasn't connected. Which was my family room which included AC and refrigerator. Now it has been a year and a half with no resolution. I don't enjoy having to right this. However, you should choose another company if I were you.

Not true facts on a couple of topics. 1. When I bought the system for $47.000
It was to be able to replace my usage from electric company. I also purchased more panels then what was recommended at the time. Because i was told that the electric company would pay me for production. Batteries were purchased to be able to get me through evening. 2. This has been going on for over a year and a half. I have the texts to show that. All I'm after is that everything gets connected as it should be.

Another week has gone by with absolutely no work or contact by CBSS on my project. They originally installed my panels 4 years ago. Since I had to re-roof my house, I called them to remove and replace the array after I got the new roof installed. Since they took down the panels, they've been very difficult to work with to get them installed back on my roof. Honestly, I don't even think they want to do this job. I've called and emailed many times and have gotten no response. I've had to resort to writing a poor review about their company to get them to respond to me. Pathetic. It's been almost 4 months since they got the permit, and all they did was come one time to take all the panels down. Now they are just sitting on the side of my house doing nothing.

Came to Cutler Bay Solar Solutions thru Solar United Neighbors Co-op, Broward chapter. The co-op vets contractors, researches PV components, and organizes bulk purchases, resulting in great price, performance, and trouble free installation. The co-op is an amazing trustworthy resource, especially if you are somewhat overwhelmed by the intricacies of PV systems. We worked with Rey Garciga from CBSS to define a 7500W PV system with whole house battery backup. Rey provided excellent support from start to finish. The whole process went very smoothly, and every person that worked directly on it, or provided office logistics, was a pleasure to deal with. The system is working exactly as designed, and watching it perform on the mobile app is impressive! Hello hurricane season and $10 FPL bill!!!

I’ve had a great experience with this company, very professional and great attention to detail. I called them last November after getting good reviews from friends and Rey came to the house and thoroughly explained the process and how many panels we needed. A month later we had the permits and while the work was slowed by COVID 19, installation happened in March and the solar panels began to work in late April. The solar panels have been working great and I can follow their production through the App, plus a monthly report to my email, and of course, FPL! It has been a great investment. Last week Rey called to ask how everything was working and I really appreciated that personal touch. I recommend it to everyone in the fence about going solar. Great investment!

We could not be happier with everyone we had contact with at Cutler Bay Solar. Rey, our sales person, was very clear and patient with our endless questions. The installers were competent and efficient, and they too answered all our questions. The job itself is very professional even to my very fussy husband who inspected every inch of it.
