Unreliable company. The owner came to our house. Based on our conversation he sent us a quote which we accepted. We bought expensive electrical equipment. An appointment was set well in advance (several weeks). On the day of appointment we were ready early in the morning. At 11 am we called D.Payne and he said that he would come after lunch like 1/2 pm. We called twice at around 4 pm again but nobody picked up. We did not receive any courtesy call and this company never showed up. We wasted a whole day waiting. At least this company could have called with any news good or bad but the absence of any communication makes this a highly unreliable and unprofessional company.
