Dain is fantastic to work with for tax services. She came highly recommended in plenty of mom groups. We met with her in the summer to feel out the situation and booked our appointment for tax season. We had our appointment yesterday and it was quick and easy. Came across the Tax Service from the app 'Nextdoor'. With so many positive feedback, I decided to make an appointment. I loved the professionalism there! Upon arriving, a gentleman was being attended to. The secretary there (regretably I did not catch her name) made sure to acknowlege / greet me, and then continued assisting him. Shortly after I met with Dain - who was very polite and the process was not lengthy at all. I will continue my service there and definitely recommend.

Dain and her team have some of the worst follow up and follow through you can have in business. DO NOT USE. They filed my 2023 taxes and when I followed up to ask for them while filing 2024 they responded “we never filed your taxes last year because we were missing information” well that would have been great to know….last year. They literally tried to gaslight me and said “I never provided all of the necessary info”. I was so confused I went back through all emails and voicemails- it’s all a lie. They dropped the ball big time and never filed and now are blaming me. Look at the very last email I got from them in 2024 (when filing 2023 taxes). I don’t know how It could be any more clear. I never leave reviews but they are so disorganized and lack any integrity/follow through. DO NOT USE.
