Office workers are courteous and understanding. Houses are decent, definitely livable. The cheapest available price was $750, so they do cost a bit as they are not income based. Pets are allowed, with a pet fee. No utilities are included into the price. They run on Alabama Power and the water is Daleville City water. The bill paying places are down the road. Walkable distance from grocery stores and fast food restraunts. A park is within walking distance as well. School system is Daleville Schools. The high school is located within walking distance as well.

This park is not well maintained. Also the person in the office uses 2 different names Chad and what ever his other name is. We had given them over $6k down and they wanted rent 2 weeks after. The paperwork was not right according to a couple lawyers i spoke with. Also the homes are not rated for the zone they are in. I highly recommend doing your research and getting a real estate lawyer if your buying here. You pay for insurance and have no entitlement to any damages done to your things. And they try to make you get insurance and pay them for insurance as well. Very shady place very shady paperwork and management. BE CAUTIOUS AND GET A REAL ESTATE LAWYER.

This is a very nice mobile home park. Very Beautiful Mobile homes. The owners Chad and Dina are really nice and very helpful with the whole process. They both made it very easy for I and my friend on being First time Home buyers. You will not be disappointed. Stop by and speak with them, view the homes etc. Love it?

Now the new general manager will evict you for being late. I do not recommend living there! If you have difficulty paying get ready to be evicted!

Dena was very nice. The park is very well maintained. Even if i don't get approved I would recommend this place. I was approved and have been here for over 2 wonderful years. The park has new owners now.
