Representatives come in with both AirPods in to my 3 year old daughters PICU room making noise when I asked him to be mindful instead of an apology he becomes combative that he didn’t mean to. APOLOGIZE THEN. No one should be allowed to work near a hospital if you have no idea of your surroundings and the situation peoples are going through. Company’s without empathy are evil

Daniels is a reliable responsible organization. Their drivers are personable, thorough and professional. Customer service is responsive to my needs and sales ensures I have everything I need to keep my infusion center running. Marissa and Tim did an excellent presentation on educating our Teammates about Daniels. The Teammates were engaged and asked multiple questions. It was a very educational experience for myself as well, due to not knowing all that Daniels is responsible for. Marissa and Tim came both days as well as on different shifts to make sure all Teammates knew what and how Daniels performs, whether it was sharps, chemo bins and cactus containers. We learned a lot and can’t wait for Marissa and Tim to return for future education on our future Teammates.

Daniel's has been great to work with. Always prompt to respond to emails adjust pick ups if needed. The way things are billed is a bit confusing. But very nice people and great customer service!
