Today a member of his crew came out to pump our septic tank (thankfully, just for routine maintenance). Our youngest son is the most inquisitive child we have and wanted to follow this sweet man all around while he worked. He was awesome! Answered all of our guy’s questions and walked him through the steps of the process. He loved every second of his job shadowing and I’m sure he now knows more about our septic system and how it operates than we do 😉 Thanks for making his day!

Good company, fair prices. I've used them for clearing the tree roots out of my sewer drain line and for installing a sewer clean out. They are very knowledgeable and I trust them. This last time, they actually resolved my issue without coming out. I was calling to schedule an appointment, and they suggested that my sewer line being backed up might be from ice buildup as a result of the severe cold snap we've had recently. Thanks to that advice, I gave it a little time and the issue resolved itself. That and my previous experience are part of why I trust them quite a bit. They didn't just rush to sign me up, and they were knowledgeable enough to make a good suggestion even when I was just making an appointment.

They have damaged my house and fence and after stating they would fix it 2 months ago I'm still waiting with no answer as to when or how it will be fixed. Not communication from them about it. Would not recommend them.

Signed $5800 quote in April. Received excuse after excuse of why the project was being delayed only after I made a call to get an update. No other communication initiated by the company. Called Elevation Septic and Excavating and they were out here within a week to complete the work.
