The hidden gem of hardware stores and coveted employees without the blaring music playing overhead.
Today was my first time into this Parker, AZ store. I have no idea why it took me so long to finally shop here, it was so worth the 36 mile trek.
The location, the CLEAN interior, the atmosphere, the nostalgic scent of a REAL neighborhood hardware store (this is no big box store that is carbon copied, there's personality and small town pride here), smiling faces on employees, ADA compliant parking along with entryway and wide aisles tells me that someone had great foresight and consideration in making this a store for Everyone, not just for someone.
The stocked shelves with so much variety was so refreshing, great signage, there were no boxes or pallets obstructing the aisles, no pressure from staff and should definitely NOT be underestimated or understated as just another ACE hardware, there's nothing ordinary here, just extraordinary.
Again, i must emphasize the importance of true customer service, these are polished communicators. APRIL, you are amazing at spreading good vibes and positivity, I'm sure that I speak for any (and all) other customers when I say that you are appreciated very much. One of the highlights of this trip was meeting the owner (on a weekend, no less), JIM BREWER.
Jim, you gave me 30 minutes of your time when you were at your desk, that time you spent aside from your work to converse with me has not gone unnoticed. Thank you for keeping the pulse on nostalgia and for knowing that happy employees make happy customers. I have been to over 50 ACE stores from the
east coast to the west coast and I'm honestly happy to say that this location checks every box with gold stars. Please share this with your smiling employees that greeted me on my way inside, these employees that i have not mentioned by name are clearly part of a team that it takes to keep a well-oiled machine ticking in time. This business has been present for over half a century, there's a reason for its longevity. I celebrate you all.

I pulled my truck in to the yard on April 1st around 9:20am as an older gentleman rode his three wheeled bike in and started talking to the lot attendant. The lot attendant what appeared to me as helped this gentleman by cutting a scrap pice of wood for the bottom of his basket on his bike. Then he proceeded to help me. This lot attendant is an amazing, respectful human and Ace you are lucky to have him on your team!

I always get the best customer service here!

Friendly and well versed in location of items the store.
We have been coming to parker for a lot of years and never stopped in this location they have won our business when we are in the area and in need of supplies.

5 star because Quartzsite to Blythe to Parker the only 2 places (both Ace) in all these small towns to find what you need relating to hardware stores. Staff has always been friendly and helpful in my 4 years here.

These 2 Ace stores differ on a smaller scale as Lowe's and Home Depot. Blythe leans to DIY Home owner and Parker a little towards contractor/worker. I think the weakest section of both stores are the lumber dept but that could be because less demand from consumers. Both stores could be better organized regarding online shopping Blythe being the better of the two. If you need anything shipped to your home you're better off going with Lowe's, Home Depot or Amazon unfortunately.

Brandon is very knowledgeable and super friendly. I have gone in here about 10 times within a month and he seems to always be there and was able to answer all my questions, find solutions to my issues and direct me to the correct location in the store. The other staff were also excellent help. Thanks for awesome service everyone!

This is a great local hardware store and I always get taken care of when I go here. The men and women in the store are very knowledgeable and I can normally find what I need. For a small town of Parker Arizona it’s a great place to stop in for a few things. They also have ice in front of the store if needed. I can always get the guys in the yard to cut the wood to size,I don’t even need a saw. Family friendly place.
