Matt, Sam, and Owen were awesome! They made our experience less stressful. We had a water leak from our laundry room that spread to our Master bedroom and bathroom. They removed everything, special thank you for taking the damaged furniture!! If you have any water and/fire damage, this company is fantastic and my husband and I HIGHLY recommend them!

The staff and team have been amazing! Jesse had the best communication, flexibility and leadership along with his crew scheduled to assist. I would like to show my heartfelt appreciation to Skye, Shaun, Sam, Matt, Blake, Scottie , Aaron and Owen. Even though it’s in process for everything I wanted to state that the employees need a raise or to be recognized because the amount weight they took off me during this hard time while I’m still grieving the loss of my son and my home flooding was incredible & such a blessing. Again, thank you for showing up and working so hard to ensure things are done. I appreciate everyone at DEC especially. Allen was amazing and stated the ball rolling for everything and assured me from beginning everything would be alright and it has been. Thanks again!

We would like to commend this company for their knowledge, professionalism, and high level of customer service provided to us. Special shout out to our Account Manager Derrick for going above and beyond and responding even though it was the close of business hours yesterday, as well as prepping for the team to be able to come in and start the mitigation process. We appreciate Derrick reaching out to us first thing this morning as it only confirmed that we were in good hands with DEC.
Our Crew Lead Tech, Rue, led by example ensuring that in the midst of the chaos we were educated AND informed of every aspect of the mitigation process from removal and disposal of all damaged walls and flooring, treatment, and the equipment function put in place to restore our home.
Our crew (Kendal, Calvin, Richard, Devonta, and Ken) is greatly appreciated as we wholeheartedly believe they made this transition smooth for us. It is not easy to see your home being taken apart even if it is to fix an issue BUT we thank each and every one of you for your hard work and team effort.
