Tim recently visited our home to conduct an assessment and testing for our crawlspace. Tim was professional and extremely knowledgeable. He used a scientific approach giving us complete & accurate data. He took his time to explain the situation, give us guidance, and he answered all of our questions.

After the test results were complete he provided a clear, and accurate report that we can use to find a practical solution.

I can't say enough about how happy I am with Tim and Dedicated Environmental! I'm so glad that I found his number in the yellow pages and called about an air quality test. I first met Tim in November of 2021, when he performed an inspection and air quality test at my home. We agreed that I had some preliminary work to do before remediation occurred, and as I did that work, I had many questions. Tim always promptly, politely and efficiently answered every question; and he was very compassionate when I explained that I was having the remediation completed so that my visiting daughter and granddaughter could stay in my home with no health concerns. Tim visited to check on progress as we neared our scheduled appointment time, and he was in constant touch with the remediation crew once work began. He stayed responsive to any questions and concerns throughout the entire process, visiting twice more during the remediation to ensure the quality and completeness of the work. And when the final air quality test came back completely clean, I honestly think that Tim was as happy as I was about the results, as this meant my daughter and granddaughter were safe to visit. And all of the work was completed at the reasonable price quoted in the proposal.
In summary, I strongly encourage anyone looking for a great contractor and reading this to look no further, but to call Tim Shaffer at Dedicated Environmental. I chose Tim over a competitor, and I'm completely happy to have done so. Also, as an added perk, I have to mention that Tim's crew chief Harry was great also, very courteous and efficient.

I had something going on with my ceiling in one of my bedrooms. I emailed this business. Tim got back with me immediately. We set up an appointment within two days he came to house.
