They're scam artists, we're in the process of filing a lawsuit and looking for others to make a class action suit.
I brought in 2 pieces of an entertainment center that's it. 2 pieces of particle board 32"x12"x6' that both fit in my truck bed with the tailgate closed and they charged me $150 I have it all on dashcam. They charged me for 1,900lbs!!! of waste.

Here's the kicker. My truck weighs 7100lbs +/- so to weigh out at 5200lbs I would have had to cut part of my truck off weighing 1900lbs with a plasma torch in 2 mins and leave it there for it to be possible.

Call the guy who left a comment. He was full of it. Never did anything and ghosted us. We are working with an attorney now. We aren’t the only ones they’ve done this to. Message here or DM me if you had a similar experience.

I have used the service for a few years and the last year has been the worse service ever. We usually have weekly pick ups on Tuesday and lately that just doesn't happen. I have to call for a few days in the row for them to pick up. All they tell me is, i will enter a ticket in the system and it will be picked up. I ask to speak to a supervisor or my account manger and they don't return your calls. If you are searching for a trash service do not go with Waste Connection.

Safety is important. These guys are well organized and keep things rolling with safety being number 1 priority. Staff is friendly and always polite. I've been going here for years and never had a bad experience.

Progressive Waste damaged our driveway, promised to repair it, sent three people out to see the damage, had us get a quote, and then changed their mind and said they weren't going to fix it. This is after 8 months of back and forth with them saying they were going to do the right thing and take care of it. The damage occurred because they delivered a dumpster with only 3 wheels and moved it back and forth on our driveway. The corner without the wheel dug down and created 2 gouges several feet long and also chipped up the edge of the driveway. Do not work with this company unless you want your property damaged and your time wasted.

Terrible. Employees hit your truck and another tryes to fight you. What a way to greet your customers by sticking to tattooed up scummy looking ex-cons at the front gate directing traffic that doesn't exist. Hey Sean..u r a real winner. It's too bad the credit card you through inside my truck I didn't keep I'd love to see how much money you don't have. Meanwhile the other dope is walking around just taking pictures of me like he's going to go use them in the bathroom later tonight. The supervisors cared more about who I am more than what happened which really made no sense so I just decided to hang up the phone on him and write this to you all suggesting to never ever go to this place. I suggest waste management On hamonVille Road their prices are not too far off and you don't have to deal with lowlifes telling you were blocking traffic when there's not one car on the whole damn street to be blocked.
Common sense goes a long way.

Unbelievable company, I have 8 yard dumpster at my place of business that requires pickup twice a week! they skip at times and still charge you for the service witch was not provided! when they show up their driver choose not to pickup the trash simple because the dumpster is full!

One of the most expensive place to dump, very unprofessional, ask all the price before you dump anything, they will charge a very expensive rate if they notice that you dump without knowing how much of waste you have. Go to J and A Waste corp, they have a much better price

Sometimes it takes more than one hour to dump something. Payed $280 to dump 6.5 tons of dirt with grass instead of paying $100 as they told me on the phone. Never go there!
