Our job was not "local", but he made the trip to the western suburbs when his company was referred to us for a "whole house clean out" of my uncle's home. Tim was on time and upfront about cost. He was thorough when explaining the process his company uses to remove items and provided multiple dates for us to check in order to get on the schedule. On the day of our clean out, Tim and Mattie arrived on time and got right to work. We did not stay on site for the clean out as there was no good place to be "out of the way". I had ZERO reservations about leaving them to do the job. The most amazing part of this process occurred when my husband and I returned to my uncle's house 5 hours later because Tim and Mattie had put aside several items they found while loading their trucks. We were astonished to see a set of silverware from my great great grandparents, a 25th wedding anniversary album that belonged to my grandparents, and several items belonging to my grandfather, who served in the military. The value of the items belonging to my family is priceless! I will recommend this company to anyone in need of this service- Tim and Mattie were completely amazing!

The best outstanding service ever!! They worked hard to disassemble an oversize iron automatic pitching machine out of my basement that's been there for 14 yrs!
