Had septic pumped in 2019 and filter changed due to the house being a rental property i didn't know what the previous renters did. Fwd to today, septic backed up. Screen filter is original, condoms, tampons, dime bags, flushable wipes and an assortment of bags all in my supposedly pumped septic only 4 years ago. I just find it a little hard to believe this was pumped and still have all this trash inside. The filter is also busted and old, not sure why that wasn't replaced back then either. But good luck proving anything this long after. You'd have to go in and check behind them and no one does that. Not very happy with Deltona septic

Carlton! Where do I start? You came out on this Saturday morning and saved us! You are the sweetest, hardest working person and we can’t thank you enough for fixing our PEP tank. Three days without functioning plumbing will make anyone want to lose their mind, but you got us all squared away and back up and running. You are the best and the next time we have an issue with the tank we will call and ask for you specifically. Thank you!!!

So I want to come on here and at least give a shout out to the customer service. I have not experienced the actual home service but I am new to septic and gave a call to this company. The lady to answer the phone was very happy to educate me on how septic works, regular maintenance and emergency maintenance. I truly appreciate this customer service.

Deltona septic are the best. They came promptly, were very polite and extremely professional. Pumped out my tank, checked that both toilets drained with no problems also,took time to show my the dry tank and that the grease trap was clean.They made a very little messed and cleaned up the opening. Thanks for your help today, you were fantastic.

I been calling all day and it goes to voice mail with both numbers. Not even given an option to leave a vm?! Spoke with a lady on Monday and she extremely rude. What happen to this company?!
