I was told that these people help families in need pay utility bills. However, I applied for assistant 7 months ago, they're telling me, I have to let my electric get completely cut off in order for them to help me. I don't understand how this system works. How is this system is helpful if you actually have to Have you electricity cut off to receive help?

Got all the way thru the entire application for utility assistance (LIHEAP) and when it was time to upload the documents all but ONE would not upload due to their technology. Called to get assistance and the person stated the best thing to do is fill out the application and mail it in with the documentation. Tech support can take up to a WEEK. Unfortunately it is always the people in need who have to suffer and become misplaced because time and technology are not on their side. FIX THIS ECOS!!!! FIX IT!!!!!! You are CLOSED to the public the MOST you can do is make sure your technology is working!!!!!!!!!
I had to press 1 star but I rate them -0 Stars!
