I have had a few wall heater issues lately at my rentals and all I can say is this company is the best!!!! Olga and her team are not only great communicators but they do the work on time and as promissed, we had one small glitch with scheduling recently and Olga took care of it right away like a true professional so even when things don't go perfectly they jump in and make things right.

Ethan is as honest as they come. In an industry not known for ethics, it makes me appreciate them even more.

We purchased a home that Ethan's team installed 4 split ACs onto a few years back. We had an issue with one of the ACs and I called Design Air to see if the unit was still under warranty and he said it was. Ethan and his team came out the very next week to fix the unit and even showed me step-by-step how to maintain the unit moving forward. He said it wasn't worth paying him to maintain as the maintenance is easy.

As long as he's willing to make the trip over the hill, I wouldn't consider any other business for my HVAC needs. Thanks again

Design Air installed a heat pump system and additional ducting in our house to replace our furnace only/no AC system. Olga runs the office and schedules the work and is very sharp and friendly. Ethan and helper Chris are the technicians who do the estimating and install. Ethan has years of experience, not just in HVAC, but everything related to getting the job done. Ethan and Olga founded Design Air so you are dealing directly with the owners.

My upstairs A/C was mysteriously not cooling at our B&B and I called Design Air to setup an appointment as soon as possible. Ethan came out the next day and found that all of our refrigerant had leaked out. He traced the leak back to the coil in the attic so we arranged a time early the following week to replace it. They replaced the coil and refilled the refrigerant quickly and professionally (and timely too as we were just trying to reopen our B&B after the Coronavirus shutdown).

We were full that weekend and all went well but late the following week, as we prepared for the next weekend's guests, I noticed the upstairs A/C was once again not cooling! I called Design Air again in a panic and Olga, always sweet and sympathetic over the phone, assured me she would get Ethan back out ASAP. Ethan came late that same afternoon as he finished up his other work, refilled the refrigerant again so we could get through the weekend and said he could come back early the next week to see what had happened. Again our guests had no issues and then this week Ethan proactively called me to setup a time when they could come back out and investigate.

It's probably late to say "to make a long story short" but suffice to say the second leak was the result of a valve being stuck open, was easily fixed and we are - literally - back in business. Ethan couldn't have been more pleasant, communicated clearly throughout the ordeal and let me know that those last 2 calls (including the second refill) would be at no charge!

I recommend Design Air wholeheartedly! With the July heat, this could so easily have been a disaster for our business and Design Air acted like a true partner!

Design Air did a wonderful job on my duct fixing and air conditioner and heater installation. They had a wonderful price on their bid and they were very professional in their service. My wife wanted the air conditioner and I wanted all my ducts checked out. Design air did a good job on both. I suggest everyone have their ducting checked. My house was built in 1988 and there were many very bad leaks in my ducting. Ethan, the owner and Chris his fabulous installer did a wonderful job making sure all my leaks were fixed and my ducting was working correctly. I am sure that before they came I was blowing 30% of my heating out of my house and into my attic space because of leaks. They fixed them all. While they were here they cleaned my dryer duct and rerouted it so it would work correctly. It is without hesitation that I recommend Design Air for all your heating, air conditioning, duct repair and dry vent cleaning.

What a great experience! Ethan and his team were extremely professional, clean, and respectful. They really know what they are doing and exceeded our expectations with product quality, quick system install, follow up, and great attitude...it was a true pleasure all around.
(They even replaced our old vent covers at no extra charge.) Wish we could give them 10 stars, they deserve it!
