I went with someone who needed some help and they took care of her. She wasn't in the office but for a short time and she came out with a smile on her face. I don't know what all she had to do in the office but she said everything was taken care of. If you're needing help and you think DHS can help I recommend this office.

This building is ok as from my experience although the letters DHS hits me in the head like a Mack truck when it comes to rating or anything like that I'll leave that one alone so yeah probably not even

Give zero stars if could have was on hold for two hours after it said I had 90 minutes before I could speak to someone. Then after the 90 minutes I was told to wait was then told I had 44 minutes left. Can't have 44 minutes left after waiting 90 minutes to begin with. My snap gets renewed every six months but this month they weren't on there which hurt us cause I had to renew it but didn't know because I never got anything in the mail or text or email. Needed to talk to someone but not waiting have the day to do that especially after I was told 90 minutes then doing that only to be told I had to wait another 44 minutes is absolutely sorry.

Overpaid people who take their sweet time to get in contact with people as we as answering their phone line. When U wait on the phone for more than 2-3 Hours it's should tell you something. Yes I know there's alot of folks in need of assistance but when you even set up to get a Call Back & they never do but your SNAPS is pending until U speak to a case worker DHS males it seem like I'm not doing my best 2 be in communication...Sorry business for the needy.

Front desk told me I wouldn’t need to wait and they would look at my case so I went home and nothing happened. Came back two days later after wisdom teeth surgery and told different guys at front desk and he had me waiting for an hour in the lobby and didn’t even put me on the wait list so I had to request to talk to a supervisor. Not impressed with front desk staff. At all. All this after I had called many times trying to get someone to fix my snap and childcare case and being on hold for hours at a time.

I went in before 10am to get my EBT card and the front receptionist, David, was quick and very polite! The check in process is easy and I didn’t have to wait that long for my EBT card to print! In and out in like 20ish minutes!

I was on the phone from 8:09am til 12:25pm to get qualified for SNAP. Was lied to more than once about my wait time, was told zero minutes every five minutes for half an hour, not counting all the other false times i was given. The music you're stuck listening to fades in and out, which makes you think you've been disconnected because you can't hear it playing at times. This system is a complete fail and something needs done to improve wait time!!!
