Diamond has been excellent! I don't know why they seem to have bad reviews. I am a contractor and rent 2-3 toilets at a time. Their personal service has been way better than other companies I hired. The toilets don't smell bad and they respond well to orders.
I am very pleased and recommend them!

I WOULD NEVER GO WITH THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN!!!!!! I called and ordered a VIP solar unit for my husband's 40th birthday party. They were supposed to come and drop it off on that Fri. They never showed up, and when i called them later that Fri, they said that they thought it was for the next month, so they had the wrong date. They ended up dropping the unit off on the day of the event, when they dropped it off, they asked us if we could help them take it off of the truck, then they asked us to help them move it to the location, WOW, for $225. you would think i didn't have to work and pay for the unit that i had ordered. During the event the unit sometimes worked, and then sometimes didn't work. They told me that it must have been the battery. I also told them that they should be making sure that the battery is working before they deliver a unit. They were supposed to give me a call back, but never did. I had to keep calling them to see what is going on. When i was waiting for them to call me so i could be there when they picked it up, they told me that they don't normally call when they pick up the unit, that they just go into the yard and pick it up. I told them that i wanted to be there, and that it was crazy to just walk onto someones property without somebody even knowing that you are there. This was one of the worst experiences i have ever had. i would never recommend this company to anybody.

It seems the dispatch and drivers don't have good communication. Or the drivers don't know how to use GPS, because they don't show up half the time and blame the customers "for missing the service call and not opening the gate" when the drivers didnt even show up.

Diamond was a no show for the 2nd time in 3 weeks. The Perris dispatcher lies about scheduling service and then blames the customer. Spoke to dispatch to come pump the container at 9:30 am after lying saying I missed the service call. Well it's 5:00 pm and still a no show. They suck!!!

I cannot say how the experience is because we have yet to use it, however the drop off was ridiculous. There was one guy for a handicap porta potty with a sink. This is a huge porta potty and stated that he needed people to help unload. What if I was the only one here? Thank goodness the family was here to help. As rolling the sink over, soap was spilling everywhere. For $250 we should not have had to lift a finger.

Restrooms were disgusting when I got them, I should of called Rightway Services instead, now I'm stuck with this bill and the driver whose got an attitude. Will not use again
