I went into the store an hour and a half before they closed. They where fairly busy. I told Caroline how I needed cleats for my son for a game in the morning. She worked her butt off to find a pair in our price range and in his size which was hard because kid's where slightly too small and most men's don't make cleats that small. She found the perfect pair making several trips to the back to see what she could find. She had a super positive attitude the entire time and never made us feel like we were imposing. It's the best customer service I have had in forever and has made me a believer. This one interaction has made me a loyal customer from here on out. Thanks Caroline!

This store is the biggest sporting goods store in the area and is clean and well stocked. See photos.

Negatives
Their website offers many more products as does Amazon and many other online stores Dick's won't price match. The staff is good but no one person can be an expert in 30 sports. Check out lines can be long.

Tips
Dick's website is actually run by a competing company who often has better prices! Dick's local stores won't price match Internet sites like Amazon but they will match MC Sports and their own website. Always check the price at those two sites before you buy. You might save a lot.

If i could give you zero i would. Ive spent alot of money in your store. This is now the second time i have purchased some high priced cloths for a gift that had a defect. And your zero care for your customers have left me once again eating ofer a hunderd dollars!!! Dont care for your customers and dont stand behind your products. How completely UN-AMERICAN!!! Last penny you will see from me and im dumping your stock too. You will wind up sinking like the rest of the stores who thought they were too good to take care of their customers with legitimate concerns. And ill be sure to pass along your disregard and dont care attitude to all my fam and friends. I guess i should have known better. Could have saved money buying everything online from someone else. Guess this is the rediculuous world we live in now. $110 pair of nike pants with a defictive seam, worn one time and you wont exchange them with the receipt!! 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻. Thats your score. 5 thumbs down!!

Ordered a Stanley cup online and had my order canceled due to item being out of stock. Received a $10 coupon from customer service as a “sorry for the inconvenience.” went into the Joliet location, found the item in stock in a different color and went to check out. Cashier would not honor the code because “we don’t do discounts on Stanley products.” Tried explaining the code was given as a ‘sorry’ not a Stanley specific coupon. She wouldn’t honor it. I called customer service and he explained that it should have been honored because it’s from customer service and store wide. Poor customer service on Joliet’s end. I am not encouraged to come back and shop here.
