I have only heard good things about Diedrich Tech Repair, but this review is about the UPS Shipping Service handled at this location. We received excellent UPS Shipping Service from this location. There is plenty of dedicated parking in front of the building as well as on Franklin.

From my home in NC, I discovered Diedrich Tech Repair. From the first time the owner Wesley and I spoke, I knew he was a great choice to help my mom out. He is professional, knowledgeable, and extremely friendly. I knew I could above all trust him to fix my mom’s computer problem. He is priced right, works fast to get your problems resolved and communicates very well. He even makes house calls and is a pleasure to have in your home. He likes cats too. =-) He worked with me long distance to get my mom back up and running with a new laptop. WOW! Best of all he is a local Galena resident there to serve the community. Don’t waste your time calling Geek squad. My mom’s computer problems were all resolved, and he even lent a caring hand to help her learn how to use her new laptop. Give Diedrich Tech Repair a call. At my request, owner Wesley did a home visit and efficiently installed Windows 10 on my PC. He also gave me some useful advice about internet securrity issues. He was easy to work with, too.
