I had an amazing experience! I wa looking for a direct primary care model because I wanted to build a relationship with my provider and really focus on health and preventative health. I was referred to Boca Raton Direct Primary Care (DPC) by my Grandfather and Rachel Huerta is a very Professional Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) whom is genuinely interested in taking a more active role in the health and well being of persons in her community. I had a physical, blood work drawn and an earwax cleaning (I did not even know I had so much inner ear congestion!) and Rachel filled a script for Ear Wax softener right there in her office (as I understand DPC has contracts to fill vitamins / medicines and can receive blood testing results quickly in-house or locally). Rachel immediately contacted me with a follow up a couple days later with my blood work test results with recommendations. She forwarded a link to my e-mail and text messages to a website called Elation Passport where I can easily access my blood work results at my leisure from home or cell phone (or you can get a physical copy at her office if you are "old school" LOL). I am a fairly new client and right now I am very impressed by the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. And if you need any specialty services Rachel will recommend you to Doctors, GI's, Urologists, Etc. just as any other Professional would recommend you to as well. DPC is located right across the street from the Boca Hospital so she can recommend you to staff at the Hospital as well. I would say if you have any questions you should schedule to meet Rachel as I did; there was no pressure and I feel she offers services worth checking into.

Rachel and her staff are wonderful! I never feel rushed and I always feel like I’ve gotten the best care. Rachel is a big component of preventative care, which I appreciate. Yet, she’s also quick to do further screening if there is any concern from you or from her. Although I do not live close to her office, it worth the drive for the care I receive. I highly recommend her!
