I found Discount Central Prattville off Facebook Marketplace while searching for a bakers rack. The same day I called to make sure it was in stock and for the dimensions. The employee was very polite and helpful. When I went to go pick it up, the employees even helped me load it into my car. Which was a bit small so they took it upon themselves to take it apart for me! I am so appreciative and impressed with the experience I had as a first-time customer. Definitely will be purchasing from them again!

Have tons if stuff and always getting new stuff. They staff is very friendly and helpful when you are trying to find a specific thing. Deals are great for saving money. Also their giveaways are amazing.

They lie on customers when they get called out in public for messing up instead of just fixing the issue they created. They won't show the camera footage tho. I wonder why? If you aren't lying prove it!!! I have left you a nice review on BBB and your FB page AFTER you started lying about it. I'll probably get all my buddies to leave you a nice review too since you are STILL lying. The same buddies you are also calling a lie. Show the camera footage! Stop treating your customers this way! Some people ain't gonna put up with your unprofessional attitude and harassing attitude! I should get my attorney to deal with this!

Upon entering the store, I was greeted cheerfully by Zach. He happily directed me to the restroom which was clean, stocked, and in order. When I had questions, he provided excellent customer service and even took me to areas of the store. I will happily return to this store based on my experience.

I've shopped here when I'm in the area. This time, the clerk included a bean bag ottoman with my bean bag chair that wasn't supposed to be part of my order. The owner or representative (a guy) called me, asking to return the ottoman because it was a mistake. I was highly offended—it's unprofessional to contact a customer over an error that your company made. What happened to customer service? It was only a $30-$35 difference, but guess what? I spent nearly $100 just two days prior!

When they accessed my account to get my phone number, which is supposed to be used for rewards and discounts, did they not see all the money I've spent? I did call him back and told him that I'm not sure I’ll be returning anything because it’s not my fault. The way he handled the situation was diabolical—hounding a customer who just spent money. Why would you risk losing a loyal customer over $30? CRAZY!

I advise against signing up for their rewards program because, due to their mistake, I was contacted. If I hadn’t provided my actual phone number, he wouldn’t have been able to reach me.

I was shopping here for the first time bc my mother in law was super excited to show me this store because I live 3 hours away and never heard of it. I bring my entire family in with the intentions of letting each person spend a certain amount. Not even 5 minutes into shopping, I hear this man fussing at my 10 year old boy like he's his daddy. This man bypassed his mother (me) and both his grandparents to talk to a child like he's lost his mind. My son was so scared he started walking towards me and apologized to the man. FOR TOUCHING A GOCART THAT DID NOT HAVE A SIGN ON IT SAYING DO NOT TOUCH. Then to make matters worse, AFTER he scared my son and my baby apologized, he kept being at him as he was walking away. I felt scared and threatened at that moment. I made my family put everything down and go to the car. I spoke to a man that claimed to be the manager briefly and left. I really don't know how to feel but I promise I'll never come back.
