I would like to start by saying I purchased my water softener more than five years ago from this company and when I first installed it, I made one phone call to customer service. They were very helpful then and helping me install my water softener in my home. Then five years later, a hurricane occurs I lose power, and I discover after several weeks that my water softener was not regenerating properly and made another phone call to this company and I got the most excellent customer service from Katrina . She had super command of the product very knowledgeable she walked me through step-by-step until my machine five years later is back on track. Just wanna say this is an awesome company and they have awesome people working for them. They are really fortunate to have a customer service representative like Katrina.

I purchased a Genesis 2 Premier Up-flow water softener in February 2021. The system has functioned well. I am particularly impressed by Discount Water Softener's customer service. Chris, our tech, he was very thorough in his evaluation and he gave us good advice and recommendations. He was a great help! Chris and his other team member were friendly and did a great job on the installation of our RO system and new water softener.

What a wonderful experience I had dealing with this company. The customer service - Phenomenal, the support and guidance I received throughout the whole process - Phenomenal. I was dealing with hard water that had a very bad odor to it. Upon researching water softeners, I decided to give Discount Water Softeners a try. All I can say is, you WILL NOT be disappointed. If you have hard water, smelly water, iron bacteria, etc. please don't hesitate to give them a call or reach out. They were able to fix all of my issues in a very timely manner. Not to mention, the ease of operation and installation is great. They exceeded my expectations and I could not be any more happier. Big kudos to the whole team!

I purchased and installed a Genesis2 water softener myself. I am not a plumber so had to use connectors that could slide over existing piping securely without sweating pipes. I also had an existing house water filter preceding the softener. I had an existing softener that had worn out and had a different footprint so I used a 18 in and 2 ft flexible steel hoses to connect to the Genesis 2. Once the proper hoses were obtained all other connections and assembly of the Genesis 2 went smoothly and all parts of the Genesis 2 are high quality. Setup and startup was smooth. After 2 1/2 years a tiny crack developed. I called and emailed Discount Water Softwners and emailed a short video of the leak. Without questions they 3-day FedEx'd a replacement control head with lifetime warranty and associated parts were sent and video of how to replace and cautions to be taken. Part replacement was as easy as initial installation but shorter because a single part was replaced. The purchase price was just over half what my mother-in-law paid recently for a lesser quality unit installed by a plumber. I HIGHLY recommend Discount Water Softeners Inc.
