One star, only because ZERO star is not an option. Horrible service, extremely rude employees, they don't care about their patients, not properly trained and a bunch of liars. They are never available to answer any questions, and whenever you are able to get someone on the line, they change the answer every single time. Unfortunately, I have been stuck using them for my weight loss program, and have been mistreated by their staff on multiple occasions, the consultation is not even 3 minutes long, they do not care at all at your health or if you improving, having any issues, having any reactions or even loosing the weight, they want to charge you. On every renewal of the prescription they would include a component that I am allergic to KNOWING SO, and I have to keep calling, and calling, and calling to get it resolved. The last drop, now they said the PHARMACY would not take any more prescriptions without the component, and after speaking with the PHARMACY, there is no such a thing. They change their protocol, lied about it, trying to put the blame on someone else, and can care less about what happens to those who have been treating and is at the finish line for this program. Any ways, I do not recommend this place to anyone, the lack of professionalism is over the top.

We want to update you regarding your prescription. Due to new FDA pharmacy protocols, compounded medications cannot be dispensed without the addition of B12 or B6.

As an alternative, we offered to send your prescription to a commercial pharmacy, but you declined this option. Additionally, we have processed your refund as requested. You can call or text to 754-752-1888

In response to your comment, still lying! The pharmacy has called me back right after our "nice" conversation over the phone, stating that all it takes is your office to let them know to remove the B12 from it, and they can send it me.

One star for desk receptionist. They need to improve their work ethics. I’ve trying calling for 4 days to get results and prescription (not weight loss or esthetics procedures),however they are NEVER around to answer or return the call and emails. Receptionist are all over the place, talking on their phones, chitchatting about their personal lives and munching on their foods. They need to improve their professionalism and be more productive.

Dr Felix was very nice! I did tell him that I’m a Dj and sent many people to get the same treatment as I’m doing and it’s nice to know we can contact them at any time!

I went there yesterday. The waiting room was immaculate and the staff was super friendly. The exam room, and the doctor were really helpful as well. I felt like the environment was full of positive energy and cleanliness. Would highly recommend this place!

Dr.Felix called right on time and was very friendly and helpful. There may have been some language issues as the RX I thought he was submitting to the pharmacy was different from the one he submitted, but no real harm done.
